This information is for a 44pin IDE interface, the 44 pin interface is for 2. 5 inch HD's, the only difference is that the 4 extra pins supply power the other 40 pins are the same. The ones that say 'not supported yet' should still be connected. The 44pin connector isn't a normal .1" IDC header, it's more like .075". Spacing of the pins is 2mm with a 1mm cable.
